School started off badly because I took the circle line just to be early for the flag raising in PAC and it turned out to be held in class (they sent an email to notify us but I hate checking emails so sorry I didn't know). Taking circle line is forever tiring because I'll be standing/walking throughout the 1 hour long journey. First hour was free period and credits to myself for being upset over the 'walk to school & should have taken 158 instead' incident because then I was able to fully concentrate and did some math. The rest of the day was just like any other day. Dedicated my physics lesson to figure out what my physics teacher looks like and bingo he looks like a knowledgeable squirrel which resides in a tree hole. That kept me entertained for the rest of the lesson and yep, I've decided to be a good physics student because it's not right to disappoint squirrels.
Short lunch with Rachel and Shi hui again but it didn't last for 4+ hours today because I need time for gym. First trip to the gym in 2013 !! Took me quite some time to get my lazy self up and out of the house and finally reached the entrance of the gym where I waited for around 10 minutes for the guards to find the pass so that I can enter the doors.
Things I did in the gym:
- No warm-ups sorry I'm too lazy
- 15 min cycling
- 6 min cooling down
- 100 sit ups (although I don't really feel the strain, maybe I did it wrongly)
- Lifted some weights
- 3.62 km on the treadmill (almost died)
- Leg extension exercise (20 sets of 3)
- 10 min cooling down
- Left the gym
After the first 20 min, I had the gym all to myself because the other two users left. Great. I love being alone in the gym because no one will judge me while I experiment with the machines and all the equipment will be unoccupied. Oh and here are 3 photos I snapped while cooling down haha
