So...actually SJAB ALC was fun. or MORE THAN JUST FUN. we spent time together, to know each other, to bond well...so on. the most important thing in this camp is...POP a.k.a Passing Out Parade. it was for the standard 4s to get an acknowledgement and also, after POP, they can choose to join another CCA or stay in SJAB...i just came back from the ALC, so im going to start with what happened JUST NOW first.

we cried just now...std 1 and the instructors, the std 4. they are going to leave us...and we miss them lots. so we took photos of them (after WE ALL CRIED OUR HEARTS OUT)

dear instructors, you all have done a GREAT GREAT job in coaching us in foot drills, first aid and PT. each of you is great at different things. i hope that all of you will be able to find a new CCA which you will enjoy, just like SJAB. you all will be in our hearts...

okay, so. before we took these photos, we bid them farewell and flooded the school compound. it was such an impact. although it was only like 4 months which we had spent with our instructors, we feel so close and bonded. we sang songs, we cheered, we hugged and we did CIRCUIT PUMPING, cos' it was the most memorable activity where all of us bear pain and continue on. omg. i feel like crying now...no. wait. stop.

DAY ONE

we started off by having ICE BREAKERS GAMES. and of course, we were separated into our houses and my house is JENOVA=D (i heard that its from FINAL FANASTY) lOl. so, it was fun. we played DOG AND BONE with another house, and we played TAG too. we enjoyed it (at least i did).

Then, we went for lunch. let me tell you, the food is DAMN NICE. its somewhat like a BUFFET style=D After that, we has MASS DANCE and we learn a MICKEY DANCE and some FRENSHIP DANCE. all the houses formed a BIG BIG circle and we danced=D we had campfire afterwards and that was when a sir told us that 6 PUPILS WERE MISSING. we were not so freaked out cos' we know its not true. haha. its just something like a NITE WALK. thn thn. it was kind of like a ghost story thingie and we had to go 2 by 2 to each place located in sch to find stuff lor. so then it turned out that the place that me and corporal Jade had to go was not that scary. you know, the sch was kinda DARK. the SCARIEST is the GYM TOILET. we can hear screamings from the toilet when Corporal QiYa and XinYi went. our so called BASE was in front of the ART ROOM, and we can hear screamings from the GYM TOILET. and of course, since it was scary, people ended up tearing and in shock. poor thing. anw, wasted my energy lor. i brought that HUGE torchlight FOR THIS PURPOSE and they didn't let us take our torchlights with us. grr. lOl.

DAY TWO

day two was ytd when we had the POP and social night. ahahahhahahas. so nice lor. so touching. we ended up having the POP in the parade square although it was drizzling. i know that we won't die lar, bdn the rain become heavier and heavier. haha. anw. the std 4s are marching and thn they saluted and they cried while marching to the tracks and started cheering. the worst part for me is that my sweat went into MY EYES, and i started tearing like HELL but we are not supposed to move for the 1hr parade (around there. we are not supposed to wear watches). although it was tiring, it was MEANINGFUL. seeing all the std 4s ending their journey in SJAB and finally worked to their goals in the 4 years they spent in SJAB, i was touched. thn jiayi and huixian started crying. after that POP was the social night performance. b4 that, we ate dinner and everyone went HIGH. all the std 4s wore their homme clothes and it was somewhat like a FASHION SHOW lor. all the girls are soooo CHIO and all the guys are soooo SHUAI too. lOl. we had a great time lar. thn during the performance, std 1s performed a skit which was actually counted as a failure. thn std 2s danced and std 3s also danced and std 4s also DANCED. anw, i enjoyed the dance performed by the std 4s the most. they all look sooo cool lor. ><>

DAY THREE

day three is TODAY. so we ate a short breakfast and then cleaned the area. JENOVA was in charge of the canteen so we wiped tables and moved them back to their orignal positions. thn we went into our houses where the std 3 house captains told us abt a competition. thn we went to the Grand Stand to take a corp photo. after that, we took pictures with our INSTRUCTORS and when we needed to separate we hugged, cheered, sang and cried. SO. it was so sad lar. everyone's eyes became RED lor. lyk mine. ahahahhaa.

anw, i just want to say. i really treasured the time with our instructors. they were our first batch of instructors and we were their last squad. this is JUST SO SAD. haiz. D=
