met ruiqi at aljunied station and waited for huixian at the bus stop. thn jian chong and claudia came. so we waited for the bus to come and at last didn't wait for huixian (sorry!) reached sch quite early lar. hmmm :D
thn it was first parade and then we started with a short ppt presentation. some went for performance, some for souveneirs and some for the station masters. so i was in the souveniers part. quite fun too except for all those boring cutting :P HAHA. talked to ruiqi and often hear the sgts talking. wahahaha :D
after souveniers thingie, we were all hungry and it was the NEW YEAR LUNCH! haha. that's why we brought our food(: it was in house level. so i sat with my house lor. ate a piece of bread, some chips and drank drank drank. thn we talked lar. and... was eating french fries(: wonder who brought that. haha:D
and then.... there's GIFT EXCHANGE! we had to like pick this little piece of paper and get the present based on the number of the piece of paper lor. i got this tonytiger soft toy (given by lcpl daniel i think). not bad(: so cute lor. going to use it soon! hahaha. and ruiqi got my present and exchanged it with claudia (she requested it). claudia's original gift was not bad. really. VERY nice oso lar. tat's all i can say:D
thn we had orientation dry-runs. 2 times in total. first time was okay lar. got sgt yingying as my pretend-year-1 (: very fun. second time with jac (and ruiqi). jac was so noisy all the while. i don't think any year 1s will be as enthu as her lar -.- HAHA. thn....we saw the performance. it was almost the same as our year1 orientation(: very seh lor. the sgts doing TOC. and lcpl xinyi told me a lot abt TOC. yayy:D
thn it was last parade and we got back our valuables. thn went to toilet with ruiqi. huixian and jiahwan met us in the toilet and went home tgt(: main gate was locked and we had to walk a few metres to another gate. thn took bus and mrt and went to Bugis to find my parents. and the orientation prep ended:D
