we did manual carriage @ first, followed by revision of I.C procedure. was quite slack i thot.

we ran for 1hr 30min OMG i cannot believe it until the running ended and the instructors told us!!

nearly died during dinner just now. the bowl of soup seemed to be ultra-super-big tonight (but it's the same bowl) :( i love soups.
